Cupping for the 21st century

Hypoxi has just launched a system which has accelerated the ancient curative art of 'cupping' into modern times.

Forming the backbone of much of modern-day Chinese medicine - and reportedly used by both Hippocrates in Ancient Greece and Cleopatra in Egypt - cupping is a practice that produces a vacuum and draws blood to the skin to rejuvenate, revitalise and soothe both muscles and the skin in a way that regular exercise can't.

The Hypoxi Dermologie has been specifically designed to drain toxins and rejuvenate skin all over the body. Using a specially designed suit with over 400 separate chambers, the wearer experiences an environment of high and low pressure within each chamber which mimics the cupping action by drawing blood to the surface of the skin, before pushing it away.

Each treatment lasts 20 minutes and a course of 12 treatments over a four week period is recommended for maximum results, followed by a maintenance programme tailored for each individual.
